Customers who employ arbitrage betting strategies or who collude with other players may have their accounts suspended and winnings confiscated.

4.3 Casino Games

9. Limitation of Liability

ok2bet is not responsible for: (a) any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials; (b) any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Services; (c) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (d) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; (e) any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code that may be transmitted through the Services by any third party; or (f) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content made available through the Services.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ok2bet is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Reasons for account closure may include but are not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or improper activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Detection of multiple accounts or account sharing
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith

Upon account closure, all pending bets will be settled according to standard rules, and any remaining genuine balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you through your preferred payment method, subject to our standard withdrawal procedures and any applicable deductions for outstanding amounts owed to ok2bet.
